Just got a new 'follower'. Its someone trying to use this site as a free advertising medium. Floatationtherapy . please be wary.

OK but I really object to being 'followed'. He can advertise without following users on here.

Hi Cathy777 ,

If you don't want anyone to follow you, go into your account settings, and scroll right down until you see the heading Privacy, and you can set that to prevent people following you. I had to do that, as I felt that some of my "followers" were a bit dodgy.

I have had a few dodgy people approach me on here and realised too late they were after something. Either converting me to a life style or selling me something. I don't mind followers but I felt wrong with this one! My instincts are usually good. Thanks tho!

Please can you report this type of thing to Admin in future.

If we know this sort of thing is going on, we can make sure that we put a stop to it.

To private message an Admin click on their username and then click Write a Message.

I've used a floatation tank a few times. I loved it. Once in Amsterdam, that was even more special if you know what I mean!

yeah I got a notification to say they were following me too. he/she immediately got my back up when I read 'stop suffering unnecessarily' as if we can be cured. fs if it were that easy none of us would be suffering, it's not a choice we've made!

Yes and kind of playing on our vulnerabilities. If he is right and we are all suffering unnecessarily then we may as well close this site down now as no further help..or treatment is required!
