Hello there

Welcome to the forum :)

We all have Fibromyalgia and range from people who have just been diagnosed, to people like me who have had Fibromyalgia & ME for 36 years.

During the time that I have been a member of the forum I have learned so much about Fibro and all the other illnesses that seem to want to join the party too!

Our members are so incredibly kind and supportive.

I have made so many lovely friends here and think of it as my online family.

Even though you have had Fibro for a long time, you may find it interesting to have a look at our mother site for more information fmauk.org

To help people find their way around the forum I have written a few easy to follow guides. Some of them are "How to Lock your Post" and "How to write a Private Message pm". They can be found permanently on the forum under Pinned Posts in blue.

If you need any help navigating the forum, or you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact me or anyone in the Admin team who will be more than happy to help you.

Wishing you much peace

Lu x

Hello Hidden and welcome to our friendly fibro forum.

Sorry to hear you have suffered with fibro for some years but glad you have joined us. I can imagine the sleep apnoea can be a problem with even more fatigue on top of the fibro symptoms. Do you have to wear a mask at night?

I hope we will see more of you around the forum and joining in our chats and perhaps having a giggle with our more lighthearted posts.
