Are you on medication? If so and it is not working then I would make another appointment with your GP. Also contact your GP about a referral to a Pain Clinic which could help you to cope with the pain.

Thank u am on quit abit of medication but one day I feel like my old self then others I've got a job 2 walk x

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so genuinely sorry to read of how you are suffering and struggling my friend and I sincerely hope that you can find some relief to these issues.

I was wondering if you have ever tried a TENS Machine for your pain? I personally use mine on a daily basis and find it helps me a great deal. I have pasted for you below a link to a NHS / Arthritis Care pdf file on TENS Machines, so I sincerely hope that you find this useful:
