Hi Simba- I have to live off a calender and in a diary day to day, the only day I.m sure of is Friday when the bins are emptied they make such a racket!! Many days I switch my mobile fone on to see what day and date is it.... Many of us get this with Fibro!!

When I've had a bad day or I have over done it

I sleep for 2-3 days I don't know what day ,week,month, or year it is 😂😂

I blame it on the medication I am on 😂😂
