What does it mean when it feels like Everytime you touch it feels hot to me , even the bottom of my feet on things ?

I can only guess it's because your hands and feet are cold. have you asked your gp about this

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and as Hidden says it could be that your extremities are cold? This could be a circulatory problem? I have pasted you an excerpt about this from the *Natural Living website:

*9. Cold Extremities

If you have poor circulation, blood has a harder time traveling to the furthest reaches of your body such as your fingers and toes. Because blood also carries heat from your core to your extremities, slow or inadequate blood flow will cause these parts of your body feel much colder than the rest of you.
