You don't say much about yourself or whether you have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

Hi thank you all who replied. I do have fibromyalgia diagnosed 1999. Once I started on pain pills and anti-inflammatory 3 months went back to work 2007 I had a kidney removed this ment no more anti-inflammatory now lots of pain . I have just finished a long term pain management help with mindfulness, I am now in my 60s and it seems its one day at a time. thank you all again
