I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2years ago it took a little while to get use to but when it flare up you know about it but I am on tramadol and adjunct cream and it helps epically at night time when I get woke up through pain apply my cream and back to sleep have got to go to hospital in 2weeks time to have an us guided injection in my shoulder because it is painfully
