bad week

I am have had a bad weekend of constant pain have had to cancel things I was going to do and rest up - have slept , rested had painkillers , sat in my lovely garden and chilled out doing some stuff I like - drawing, reading, potting plants , chatted to friends etc. - pulling up now - come on don't let it beat you - take care. - Neese.

Manstone55, sounds like things have been very difficult with the pain and not sleeping - would it be any good consulting your Dr? (might prescribe something to help you sleep). I hope things take a turn for the better soon. Take care.
