Assessment today

Well the one I was waiting for... The ESA assessment taking me off IB and putting me on ESA.. Appointment time was 10:20 but it was about 30 miles away from home the car park for the center was closed.. So by the time we found parking we were late that was no problem with them although my wait was a bit longer.... A nurse practitioner interviewer she said we will start off with questions about your medical problems and then some movements.... So we do the question part and she said there's no need to do any movements of your body for me as I can see the pain you are in that was the end of the assessment for me. I have to wait now for the outcome I will of course keep you updated.thanks guys... BOB

We found that when we went to Tribunal as the car park they directed you to had been taken over by a company it was as though it was a test.

I think that they cut the assessment short is really optimistic.  Fingers crossed for you😀x

On my first assessment the nurse said there was no need to do the movements and I scored 18 points. Unfortunately at my next assessment I got 0 points, the nurse lied and said that I had no problems with the physical movements.

I've got my fingers crossed for you.

Good luck.  If you are not successful you should request a Mandatory Reconsideration (best in writing but can be submitted over telephone) You have 1 calandar month to submit this and medical REPORTS from G.P./Consultants would help.  If this is also unsuccessful (i.e. decision not changed in your favour) you have a further Calander month to request an appeal. It would probably be best if you can arrange to visit your local Advice Agency e.g. Citizens Advice Bureau for further advice & assistance in relation to this.... Doreen
