At relax position, i can feel my body quiver but i cant see anything move, its inside me... my legs feel tight like i need a good stretch and they are weak....help

It may prove beneficial to discuss how you are feeling with your GP, as what you have described could be one of many medical conditions from cramps, thyroid probelm, dystonia etc, etc, and we are not medically trained.
