Morphine Patches

Hi everyone,

Hope you're all feeling as well as can be!!!

Can anybody answer a query regarding dosage of morphine patches??

I appreciate that everybody is different with this debilitating illness, and on lots of different tablets. But is anybody else on patches?? If so, what dosage are you on??

I'm currently on 100mg every 3 days, there has been a little relief. It's not a constant relief so I wouldn't say it's the magic potion I've been waiting for!!

I'm due for review next week, but am wondering if 125/150 is too much. But I suppose until I try it, I won't know.

Just be good to know what others are tolerating.

Yes im on fenyal 75mg ...so strong but im coping with it...also oromorph liquid...20mg three times aday i take sickness tablets as i do get nausea very limited times....stick with it you feel betta as time goes onxxx

Do you feel that you benefit from oramorph?? I take tramadol (slow release - 400mg) daily.

All these meds.........and we still feel like we've been hit by a bus!!! xxx

Yes some days are very difficult with the morphine i do amit...but i do find in the long run its a big help...but yes i totally agree with you...try and do a little hobbie to take your mind away...i do...keep my mind away from the full force of it...good luckxxc
