I'm about to do ESA Gp really understands my pains etc says I have deteriorated fast in a month. I can't get up somedays, I gone from a very active person looking after 4 grandchildren a time to not be able to have 1 !!
I actually moved just before this came on !!! Still not unpacked as no energy or enthusiasm!!!
I have warm baths in radix n similar no affect. I'm waiting on a group to join as would like to mix with those who know how you feel.

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling with your Fibro and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to these issues.
I have never filed out an ESA from but the CAB are very good at helping with this sort of thing. FMA UK also have a dedicated benefit adviser who may be able to help you? I have pasted you the link to Janet below:
Try using Epsom salts in your bath. It helps with muscle fatigue. Also check out the sites below. The have lots of information on how to fill in benefit forms. Unfortunately there is a subscription fee. I can honestly say either one of them is worth paying the money for the information and support they provide.
I recently tried using and am still taking Magnesium Malate, take note that if you try it, it must be Malate and not citrate as other type of Magnesium cause diarrhoea.
I have found that it has improved my energy levels, I have less pain and I'm pretty sure it helps with RLS which I had every night before. ( I also take 1 folic acid per night).
Some Healthfood shops will sell it, it's not cheap but I get mine on line.
Be sure when you take Amitryptoline that you take it early enough in the evening, I take 1 and a half of 10mg per night, so I take 10mg at around 5pm and then the half tablet about 8pm. I find if I take it any later my sleep is very poor, can't get to sleep, wake up around 3am etc.
Ps. I got very interested in what an American Dr called Jacob Teitalbaum ( think I've spelled that right) he has a very informative video on line and from that took his advice about Hops helping with sleep. I buy Wilkinsons sleep aid - I've bought Potter's sleep mixture, which was excellent but worked out too expensive. In the past I've always found that Valerian causes me to have headache when I get up.
