Just joined and was wondering if other sufferers have days where by they feel heady, dizzy and totally out of it x

May I suggest you seek advice from you GP if you are experiencing "feeling out of it and dizzy" They may need to address the medication you are currently prescribed or anyother underlying health issues you may have!

Thanks Elizabeth, I am now waiting for a appointment for blood tests as they think I'm lacking vitamins so testing to see which ones. The dizziness is most likely fybromalgia fog which is the most horrible feeling like being drunk without the alcohol . Will let you know x

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and ti is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling in this way and as ryanbone10 says, it may be best to discuss this with your doctor just to get other medical conditions ruled out of the equation and also to have your medications looked at?
