I think the not knowing what your diagnosis is can be enough to make anyone feel mixed up especially if you have any mental health problems. Fibro is such a complicated illness with so many different variants with symptoms that often overlap with others so the medical profession often take some time to diagnose the illness really by eliminating others.

Hope you soon get a proper diagnosis of your illness so you can get the correct help. X

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are feeling this way, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to this issue. I would make an appointment to see your GP and tell them exactly how you are feeling and that you need some answers? I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

l can truly say l,m mixed up also, maybe for same reason, severe symptoms of fatigue increasing over last few months, along with general pain neck shoulders arms, few other assted symptoms which are near text book for fibromyalgia, which is often connected to intersticial cystitus l got diagnosed many years ago. the gps have been a bit hopeless at making effort with diagnosing, as if they dont want to, finally after argument with practise manager got appt to see senior doc, he at least better attitude, but still not keen to make diagnoses, with his attitude a bit like, well there,s nothing we can do, does a title matter, duh. Yes it matters a lot, although text book fibro, it leaves thought of what else it might be, even cancer, due to horrible fatigue, although l know standard blood tests have come back ok, which think it shows with cancer, but many conditions it doesnt. Anyway he,s at least arranged for appt for rheumatologist, whenever it might be, no doubt have to chase up, its a battle and worse if on your own, more so with phycalogical emotional affects, and bad nights seem common, ask gp for help, amitrip often help. On research l found other conditions simular, never heard of p.o.t.s, and dysautonomia, still fibro most simular. So your now on your own, keep battling, diagnoses will l think make it easier, best wishes.
