All I can see is pain

I have had Fibro for nearly a year now ,car crash after surgery on my spine brought it on ,I'm at the stage now that I'm in constant pain ,in my legs ,knee has swollen up ,wrists ,hips and back .Imjust about walking with a stick but feel so exhausted after about 5or 6steps.I sleep constantly ,then can't sleep ,on so many meds I rattle .Icant help moaning all the time and feel like my family don't care ,all I want is a cuddle and one of them to ask if I'm ok (feeling sorry for myself ),anyway any tips for dealing with the pain 😩

I am so genuinely sorry to read of how you are struggling and suffering and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. PS. I have a TENS Machine that I find useful, I do not know if you have ever tried one? They help me with my pain levels. I also use a Medipen which is a cbd derivative.

I just came across your post and wondered as you mentioned spinal surgery if you could be suffering from metal allergy which has led to the development/ worsening of your Fibromyalgia? Hi Julia ,I had spinal denervation preformed ,my consultant thinks the fybro was brought on by the trauma of the car accident 😩
