hi my name asha i have diagnoised by fibromiaja 3 years ago the bad thing about this is when you wake up in the middle of the night in pain and i wake up very tierd and felt like i never sleep and during the i feel very cold and i put 2 blanket on me then imediatly i feel very hot

I know. I understand. The same thing happens to me my sleep..it is torturous because as tired as I am, my sleep is not peaceful, full of pain.. I'm awakened multiple times throughout the night... so many, too many times to count. It is so frustrating and being tired only exasperates all the pain. I get cold too and then I get too hot...it's all part of the disease of fibromyalgia... from what I understand the temperature thing has to do with a hypotnalmus...which also affect our emotions. I hope they find a solution for us one day soon. Just sending you some love and care today and to let you know you're not alone.

You have my sympathy as they are classic fibro symptoms. I joke that my thermometer is broken and will only register the extremes of temperature and it must have lost its middle bit. I start off the night with about 3 covers on and one by one they are thrown off and then more or less immediately I am scrrabbling around to put them back over me.

The pain thing is the night is a monster as we must drop off, turn in our sleep which causes pain and wake up started in terrible pain wondering what has happened. Do that about 30 times in the night and no wonder we are absolutely exhausted in the mornings.x
