Hi, I've had my mandatory reconsideration turned down so am going to tribunal. Can anyone give me any tips or advise that might help. Really stressing. I'm on JSA and worry all the time as I can't manage on a day to day as it is without having to find & hold down a job. Any help would be good please x

Make sure that you ask for a copy of your medical assessment and go through it line by line to see whether any errors were made or things you said were not noted down correctly. E.g. My husband went with minor physical problems but at the time quite major depression and anxiety we were able to prove that the nurse had largely ignored the mental issues and concentrated in the physical.
We also looked at how she had recorded the meds and she had made really basic errors the dosage she had recorded for the meds would have killed my Oh if they had been administered in the doses she recorded. This put doubt in the tribunal judges minds of her competence. You can see my drift.
Make sure any additional evidence you sent was actually considered and referred to as often people have found that this has not been taken into consideration.
Good luck with it.x
