Hi ive been having acupuncture for a while at the RLHIM queen square seems ok do various areas over your course every week then fortnightly then monthly 10 sessions but had mine renewed for repeat.

I don't take any painkillers etc keep that sort of thing to absolute minimum and get take paracetamols anyway but things feel better takes pains out of my feet for a while.

So hope you find it helps you.

Hi Dawn

I hope the acupuncture will help you. Do not be in a hurry as it takes some time and repeat sessions are normally needed. I could not get the relief from the normal acupuncture and have been going to toyohari acupuncture for the past 7 years. I have more energy, so I can do more stretches and walk, more so it helps to relief pain. I do not know where you live but if you want to look the practitioners up on the web, you can see where they are based. They use tiny needles and work on the magnetic field of your body.

I hope you at least, have a pain-free day or two which may lead to more and more. Just have patience.

Kind and soft hugs.

Nita
