Hi, I'm a lady of 59, and have been a Fybro sufferer for the past 4 years. I have a husband of 81 and married to him for the past 25 years. I am his full time carer, and we also have a dog, Fred who is 17 years
old, with a heart and renal problem, deaf and arthritic. So all together we are a right crook family.
I also have a degeneration of two lower discs and they are starting to rub together. Low Thyroid, depression, see a lady in Talking Therapies, and generally pee'd off. I hope I can get some ideas
from the other sufferes, and maybe given advice if needed.

If you would like to take a peek at our mother site you will find some valuable information there.
If you wish to lock your post to the forum this will mean that anything you post will not be open to the whole internet. In order to do this, when you write a post at the bottom of the box you will see two options. One says Everyone and the other says Community. If you click on the Community button this will lock your post.
The choice is entirely up to you whether you wish to lock or not to lock your posts. However, you may find that more people will respond to lock posts.
The forum tends to be a little quieter over the weekends. Having said this, there is someone around pretty much all the time.

Really bad day yesterday. I had a letter regarding some weight surgery, which has
been declined, too many issues, and so I was really upset. I am going around in circles, and it does my head in. Some days I wish I had never been born. I have never really had what could say was a happy childhood, and that is where a lot of my problems lie.I have made a few mistakes in my life, and I know everyone has demons, it's just I cannot seem to let mine go. I am getting Talking Therapy, and it does help, but I feel it is not the complete answer.
