I managed an hour walk today. Fell asleep when I got in and I'm suffering now but it's a start 😀

We went across the coastal path in Aberporth yesterday, it's tarred so easy, I walk with a rollater now so I cannt hold their leads and only go where it's flat and even but I enjoyed it but it was well under an hour. I can build on that but I miss not holding the leads and hill climbing.

Everything is a start. It's lovely to have fresh air isn't it?

Here's to an hour and 5 mins :) xx

Hi Nedd,

I found squirrels, toadstools and the trees were beautiful...orange and red leaves everywhere :)

Well done you. I couldn't even think about doing that. I walked to my daughter's house last night 2 minutes from my house then onto my friend's house which is two minutes away from daughter's and I can't even bend my back this morning. I'm in agony

Hi Eileen,

That's horrible. I really feel for you and know how much severe pain we can be left in, even after a little exercise. I'm ok walking but if I have to stand for long in the same position, it's agony.

I hope your pain eases a little soon xxx
