Posting problems

I just wrote out a post, but when it came to posting it i could not get to click on community only, the little dot stayed on every one as well as community. I am using a tablet, anyone know how to solve this ...

Sometimes you have to click it more than once. On my iPhone I have to refresh page ever so often. I am in states though so .

So sorry to read that my friend. Sometimes technology goes like that and it is so annoying that you have to do it all again! My phone gets locked up and I have to turn it off and on again.

lol when I have problems with my phone that's the only thing I do!!! If that didn't fix it I go hand it to my daughter or son in law!! That's the first question "did you turn it off then back on?". Then they mess with it and hand it back ok mom it's working ok again don't do ..... Again though ok... Humm I did that??... Ok if it messes up again hand it back..... Now that I can do!!!

I too have had trouble with this on my iPad and I thought it was probably just something I was getting wrong and had to really persist in touching both one and then the other, eventually it would sort itself out, although I do remember one occasion when I ended up starting again from scratch as I was so frustrated with it. Hang in there my friend 😀😀

Write a post as a text document then copy paste into the forum saves starting from scratch if a page hangs before it can be submitted.

Have no idea how to do that or if its even possible on a tablet ?

Hiya

The best thing to do is Click Community then wait. It will take a few seconds to register. Then both places will have a black dot.

Then click Everyone again and your device should remove the black dot there and the one on Community will stay.

Hope that helps. It just takes a few seconds to register.

I have the same trouble. You just have to click it several times. If it happens again highlight your post and copy it.

Then you can paste the message back into another post to save writing it all again.

Thank you everyone for advice, i think foggy's right, its probably the fault of the tablet. Will try posting again, I lost yesterdays post in the struggle !
