Pain when cold
Hi there korakes,
Yes, I'm exactly the same, my neck and my low back are particularly vulnerable, as are my feet and hands and like you I end up wearing sweatshirts when everyone else is in t-shirts or sleeveless things.
I'm sending lots of positive, healing and warming vibes your way ๐
Foggy x
Barametric pressure changes hit me hard !
I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I experience something similar but it is around my neck and head area giving me neck ache and headache.
I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
The changes in the weather are the worst thing for me ๐and I suffer terribly when we have rain! I actually know when it's on its way ๐๐ my body hurts much more and my hands and legs are crippled ๐ข๐ข I must say that my hands and feet are often cold , I never had that before fibro ๐ก๐กI am always in my slipper socks! Much love. ...ninja. ..๐๐
I too suffer with the cold. I sieze up and go as stiff as a board! No ice packs to help with pain for me! On the other hand, warmth is lovely and nice warm summer!! days are a boon. Heat pads and my electric blanket feature in my life practically 52 weeks a year!! I used to be the only one in a fleece in the summer term at school and if EVER it came off it was declaired a "heat wave!".
Keep warm X
Hi, I suffer badly with the temperature/climate changes too. The Reynards and the Fibromyagia that I suffer from just really hate each other, so they are a nasty mix.
I have came to the reckoning that I am never going to win if its cold or hot, I am to suffer one way or another. The very worst thing that I find is that only people that have the same or similar chronic 'illnesses' , really do know what it is like to suffer with the weather changes, as well as all the rest that you have to put up with.
Friends , partners, husbands, wives & kids never really understand and boy do I hate the expression ' but you look so well'.
Omg! I get that all the time...but you exercise and u look great! Ugh!!!!!!!!!!
I have been having a terrible time with the heat. So bad, that I feel like I'm going to either pass out or throw up. I was in a panic attacks yesterday almost running around yelling at someone to put the A/c on. I got the impression that my husband was trying to save $. I can't blame him, we have had the a/c on the entire summer. I am so sick of sitting in it. But, I couldn't breathe.
