Anybody have one?

Someone recommended to me the other day to try using an earthing blanket to help me sleep as I'm lucky if I get 4hrs a night on and off. I'd never heard of it. Does anyone have one and do they work? TIA

What is this earthing blanket?

I put my electric blanket on for an hr in the morning even if the rest of the country think there's a heatwave! . Only way I can get creaky achy body in a state to start moving. But now going to find out about earthing blankets.

*The Earthing throw is a plush, ultra-soft, organic cotton conductive blanket, with a soft microfibre backing. The throw has a thick, luxurious feel, with highly conductive silver fibres woven throughout the quilted organic cotton face (the microfibre backing is non-conductive).

It measures 114cm x 152cm (45" x 60"). Colour is natural cotton (off-white) and the backing is a dark tan colour.
