i have had this for sum time myself what i do is to put a fan on a leave it on which helps sweating i asked the dr not much can help stop it hope you feel releaf soon

If you will check your melds, excessive sweating is side effect.

I had the same problem the slightest thing like a short walk would start me off and I would be dripping, it was horrible and embarrassing !! I like to do as much research as possible about things and came across the mention of a drug called oxybutinin it is licenced for use in sensitive bladder problems but it also affects sweating by decreasing it a lot! I spoke to my doctor about it and luckily he is open minded and willing to listen he said he would give them a go to see if they helped. OMG! What a difference I actually feel normal as far as the sweating is concerned. Of corse there is a side effect which is a dry mouth but compared to the sweating it's nothing.

ive been reading these replies with interest as I have a terrible problem with excessive sweating. thank you mentioning that med as I too will ask my GP's advice on taking that if I can. thank you x

It happens to me too. It feels like my body thermostat has been turned up a couple of notches and is absolutely awful. I go around complaining how hot it is when others are cold.

I have ended up wearing bandanas in the house. I look like an extra from the Karate Kid (a very old extra) but they do the job. The downside is that sometime I forget that I am wearing it when I answer the front door. My post woman managed to keep a straight face much to her credit.
