I went to a&e for the fifteenth time yesterday with severe headaches won't pass severe burning all over my body crawling pins and needles agiitation hearing voices anxiety and suicidal! They all said nothing wrong with me go home it's all in your head not physical and mental health team said same! It's in your care plan that you will have no meds ever for these delusional symptoms so don't ever come back your a drug seeker!

My 24 hour support staff said we've spoke to hospital and police there is nothing wrong with you no meds ever do something about it or well have you locked up and put into prison? Your not ill enough you don't meet criteria to be sectioned? What will I do? End my life?

Ollie - we're just fellow fibromyalgia sufferers and we're not qualified to advise you on mental health. I've seen your other posts too and it's clear you're in distress. Please ring the Samaritans if you feel suicidal and they should be able to help you better than we can. I hope you find some help and feel a lot better soon.

I have read your post with so much pain and sorrow for what you are experiencing at this time, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. As we are a Fibro forum, I was wondering if you feel that it may be more beneficial for you to join a mental health forum and get the advice of members there who have immeasurably more experience than us of mental health issues. I have pasted you two links below to different forums that you may find more useful:

healthunlocked.com/anxietys...

healthunlocked.com/actionon...

Please do not be offended but I have also pasted you below the contact details of the Samaritans as it can help to talk to somebody when you feel that you are in a crisis situation and do not have the support that we all need. They can ring you back if money is a problem for you:

The Samaritans:

Telephone: 08457 90 90 90

I have offered you this telephone number out of friendship and concern for you.

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Hi Ollie, it must be terrifying for you to feel that headache. If the headache is persistent and really excruciating it might be worthwhile to express this to you GP so that he/she can send you for MRI/Scan it could be you might develop something else? because anything to do with our CNS (Central Nervous System) can effect our mental health from feeling suicidal..the problem is people just do not know, unless you explain this to your health care professional..perhaps you can ask your gp to refer you to neurologist to see what is really happening there..but I can really share your pain..it is horrendous to have what you are experiencing..I can understand why you feel suicidal..have you try to meditate?, take a gentle walk with deep breathing exercise..drink plenty of warm water (2-3 lr) per day dehydration can caused headache, reduce in take of alcohol or smoking , drinking herbal tea (chamomile) might help as well as get your GP to refer you to have counselling... I hope this is helpful..otherwise, I just encourage you to think positive, try to give each day your best..and if you believe there is GOD just sit down and pray even just for 2 - 3 minutes - let your creator to help you. Best Wishes ...And I am praying for you when I finish typing this that you will have the strength to pull yourself together. Let me know how you are feeling..and I will keep praying for you.
