I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I have sleep apnea and use a C-PAP Machine and this helps me tremendously. It may be worth discussing this with your GP or Medical Specialist and asking for a referral for a sleep test? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi kathlaidlaw, I'm new to this site. I've just been sent for an overnight sleep study, I also snore terribly, my hubby works as a firefighter and works 24 HR shifts. I disturb his sleep so have to sleep on couch. Got a follow up appointments school for later in the month. Specialists are checking for any sleep apnoea as snoring is one of symptoms. If I'm not diagnosed with speep apnoea I'm still going to ask if a cpap machine would be useful as I've heard it helps people who suffer with fibromyalgia.
