Tender spot

Hi I've had this spot on the lower left side of my head that's tender to touch I've had headaches as well not any that stop my day but I'm also pregnant and have anxiety with muscle tension quite often no dizziness or vomiting I've even put ice on it anyway has anyone else had this

You being pregnant need to talk to your I OBGYN about all the pains you are having. As far as tender spots yes we all get them. Each person is unique though. One person may feel one pain somewhere and another person the pain maybe somewhere else. Please check with doc. Hugs

I agree, if I were in your position I would seek medical attention really quickly. Especially with being pregnant, it's not worth taking any risks.
