Over the last week I have been getting chest pains.. They seem to be in the centre and to the left. I was hoping it was wind or indexes tigon but it keeps coming back spasmodically.

Do get this checked out, there are many causes but this should not be ignored xx

You need to be seen by a GP as soon as possible. Not trying to scare you but any pain in the chest area should be investigated straight away. Pls make an appointment ASAP.

Let us know how you get on. x

Take care,

Hugs,

I agree totally with what Lou and Elizabeth have said, do get it checked asap please. I had chest pains which chums here told me to get checked, it was in the late evening but when the paramedics arrived they said they would far rather come out to check someone and it turns out to be stress or something else rather than miss a possible heart problem, so please do act urgently.

Positive vibes coming your way 😀

Hi Crackers

Like the others so wisely say I would always get any new pains in the chest area looked at by your GP. It could be something like costo chondritis but that is normally quite constant so I would urge you to mke yourself an appt asap. Please do let us know how you get on.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I agree wholeheartedly with the others as any chest pains should be checked out by your GP or Medical Specialist. Please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

I would sooner look a tad embarrassed to be told by the doc it is only wind than be lying waiting and praying for the ambulance to arrive GET IT CHECKED !!

You do need to speak to your Dr but it maybe be an anxiety attack as this Fibro can be so stressful.

I sometimes wake up during the night with similar symptoms which can be frightening but after speaking to my GP I now know how to deal with it.

I do hope you get some help with this. Hugs x

I know how hard it is to define the line between Fibro and something else but you really cannot take the risk with chest pains. I suffer from Costochronitis as most fibro sufferers here probably do too but recently went to the doctors with chest pains which I assumed were just that. I have had three abnormal ecg's and now going for heart MRI. I wasnt sent as an emergency so doubt there is anything too serious going on there but it just proves you should go get checked over... even it it turns out to be nothing it is better being reassured of that. :-)
