Hi everyone, felt ok this morning so went off for some retail therapy. I only got as far as Dunelms car park when I found a space and tried to manoeuvre our brand new Scenic into it, scraping the 2 doors of the car next to me, and taking the paint off our front bumper.
The other car was only a Jaguar.
No one was hurt though so I'm grateful for that, but I can hardly keep my eyes open.
Feel exhausted and tearful so it's a night on the recliner chair for me boo hoo π°ππͺ
Ouch but these things can happen to the best of us whether we have an illness or not. It can be very daunting when you are parking a car that you are unfamiliar with especially the first few times. As you say no one was hurt only the metal and the last time I heard metal doesn;t have feelings.
Big hugs coming your way and lavender fluffies as i think you need them. Rest and recuperate as my OH says cars can be mended.xxx
Thanks Ken, tiny wee scrape to mine but a great big scratch right across the two doors of the Jaguar oops!
Look on the bright side, a Jaguar is only a Ford with a different name badge getting to grips with a new care can take a while for the niggly bits like parking in close spaces. Personally I think cars have got too big for the parking spaces provided.
As Rosewine says these things happen, no one was hurt, so try not to let it get to you too much

Was a wee bit tearful y/day not like me as I'm usually better at coping in these situations but must be the way I'm feeling lately. Appreciate your concern xx
Oh my. SO sorry!!! Sounds like "if it could get worse, it will" happened! Go to bed and pull the covers over your head until your world stops spinning!!!
As they say in the song" just stop the world and let me off" I quite fancy Jupitor for my holidays π
