hi nice and sunny here,hope everyone can enjoy the sun.my cat is good therapy she keeps me going.got my grandsons birthday next week,he will be six years old.wheres the time gone.

my dogs,cat and ginnie keep me going too.(not forgetting my kiddies,hubs and family) my niece will be 8 on Saturday, the years do fly by but when I was told that when I was a child I didn't believe it. sadly I cannot go in the sun very much as ive lupus but I do potter in the shady parts of my garden. I weed where the shade is, so weeding entire garden takes all day as I am waiting for the sun to move! lol x

Sounds absolutely wonderful. Was a lovely day here in Derby also and I had my daughter and grand daughter visit for the day (she is only 18months). So we all had a wonderful time.

me too my eldest Granddaughter is 20 years old and my youngest is 16 months old they always help my energy levels but once alone the crash is so bad.

My middle son is getting married tomorrow and after months of a debilitating flare I have been given a steroid injection that should see me through the church and meal perhaps the "disco" will be to ambitious.

Thanks for reading my post sending pain free hugs and now its time for the dreaded hair wash i have so much from pain after 5 fractures to my spine . Enough MOANING I am grateful for all I have so much and I am very filled with Gods grace; that's one thing no one can take that away ever.
