Restless night sleep again
But had half decent day, not totally pain free, dosed up with painkillers...
but been able go for a walk for over 30mins this morning, but had sit for 3/4 hr ease the pain, in ankles and calfs, then had good hour that was able to be on the go....
But Feeling the Pain since an constant throbbing, wrist ,neck and lower back
Lets see what the bed time fun going be tonight

Hi there.that's seems to be the way it Is for a lot of us.have a good pain free day so exert ourselves only to pay for it later on. I wAlk my dogs most mornings tho never very far and spend the rest of the day in bed or laying on the sofa(dogs permitting!!)
