I had problems crossing mine while sitting on the floor at school and was always being told off for not sitting cross legged.

it never occured to me to explain to some one that it hurt, it still does.

I was OK this morning and so i painted the front door, took it nice and easy and i was fine.

Then dinner time i started tidying up reached into a cupboard and my back went.

It was like the pain and irritation of RLS but amplified in my back and both legs.

All i wanted was to get into a hot bath to soothe it. Trouble was that i was on my own. Meg wanted out of the back door i couldnt shut the front door until i had put a wet paint sign up and with the bathroom down stairs guess where i had put the paint ect.

I managed to sort it by walking round doubled up and sobbing with the pain.

The bath followed by Voterol helped a lot but i have still spent most of the afternoon and evening in bed.

I have just got up again, at bed time, typical.

Oh well theres always tomorrow, but one thing i wont be doing is painting the door.

So sorry to hear that you hurt yourself mayrose after making a fabulous effort to paint the door. I'm sure the door will be just perfect. I do hope that you are feeling

OOh, I dont like the sound of that! Reminds me, as I was giving birth to my youngest I was telling myself, remember how this feels and no matter how broody you feel you DO NOT want to go through this again! It worked. Strongly suggest you do the same the next time you feel the urge! Tulip xx
