Maybe a back brace or heating pad. If you have a pain patch?
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are experiencing such horrid back pain and I sincerely hope that you can find the answers that you so desperately desire and deserve. As we are not doctors it may be more beneficial to discuss this issue with your GP or Medical Specialist to ascertain what is causing the discomfort?
I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you

I haven't found one yet but I get this too and I have noticed that my speed of walking is so bad I hope you get some good advice as will help us both x x soft hugs I do use heat pads though x x
definitely need the back pain checked out, especially as it is one sided, plain xrays may not help so try and ask for an mri, though that could take a few week to come through
Have you thought about seeing a chiropractor or osteopath? My chiropractor keeps me mobile, also a good massage can be helpful. Sometimes I get muscle spasms in my lower back when walking. Yoga is a gentle form of stretching and will loosen tight muscles. MariLiz
