A feeling of lost at sea

I haven't been on here for a while , one reason is every time I try to access HU on my smart phone it asks me to log in which it never used to. Has anyone got any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

I'm afraid I am no use on techy things I can only say you are in good company, from time to time my laptop and phone refuse to recognise anything I put in. xx

I usually come onto the site after checking my emails. I just pick one of the posts and click on read more.

mine was doing that so i logged in via facebook, i was using a different computer and now i'm back to my original one it's not asking me to sign in. it might be because you are using a different device to the one you 1st used to register.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that, and I must admit that it is a new one on me? Usually if you have clicked to say logged on you should not be asked again? That is very weird.

Hi there

I'm wondering as whether we are now Fibromyalgia Action Uk you need to sign in under that rather than FibroAction.org?

Can you access emails on your mobile? If so, when you get the email notification through each day from HU you can get in via that email.

Hi,

Thanks for that I try to get in via the email on my smartphone but every time I have to log in to read a comment, then if I go back to the email and find another question and click on that it asks me to log in all over again. If I log in once and then go to news feed it brings up all the other topics not relevant to what I want. I hope you understand that :-)) x

Hi

When you're on newsfeed click on any post. When that post comes up click on Posts on the top left of your screen and it will bring up all the latest posts and then you can scroll down to the one you want.

Give that a go and see how you get on. Let me know if that doesn't work xx

Are you loggging into the new name? I think that may be where the problem is.

Have you looked to see what name is says on the logging in screen.

I'm happy to keep trying to help you solve the problem xx
