Nights are stressful and painful. Blaaaaaa. I'm up till 3:00am watching tv. No interest in sleeping.

I walked tonight so we'll see if that will help.

Hi Michelle a suggestion you need to start reprogramming yourself! So in the evening make a routine and stick to it. Start with your bed time pick the hour and religiously prepare your self for bed. You know teeth face loo glass water radio by bed and perhaps a book.

Make sure your bed is comfy and warm enough open the window a little. Right in to bed and dont think about sleeping just settle your self and read or listen. When your eyes grow heavy turn everything off so the room becomes dareathing rk.

Slow your breathing just concentrate on the noise you make keep concentrating ----- need the loo - ok off you go then back into your bed . Watch the breathing think of nothing else, Just the breathing ...

Use the routine every night dont waver dont get up . You will change your routine.

Good luck

Really???? I will try the stockings. I do have lorazepam. I'm too claustrophobic for the flip flops.

I hope the walk helps you to sleep. It's so boring when you can't sleep.
