Tremors

So tonight making dinner and I never had to shake the salt or bottle of dressing onto the salad my tremors done it for me, plus side of fibro lol

I hadnt thought of that, i just know that it is flipping irritating when your cup of hot tea is sloshing around while you hang onto it with both hands trying to get it to your mouth.

Yesterday i was banned from the kitchen. I had virtually no control over my hands. After doing a bit of knife throwing. Dropping things and finally throwing a basin of stuffing across the kitchen i was told out before you kill yourself or me.

That is one of the things I find most frustrating although I only tend to get the shakes badly when I am hungry but I find in general my coordination is slightly off so I keep dropping things or find it difficult to pick things up and trying to turn the pages of a newspaper frustrates me greatly.

Agreed. I once threw a cup of tea AT myself, it was the first night of a few days camping and i had just soaked almost all my warm clothes.

Went out for lunch with Hubby on Sunday. Had Indian meal, and while having poppadums, my tremors were so bad, every time I tried to pick up the onions to put on a poppadum to eat, it kept spilling off and going all over the table! Thank goodness it was quiet and there was no one sitting near us watching me picking up the bits and shoving them into my mouth! 😳 😆 😮
