I came across a video where a doctor who had fibo was being interviewed. one thing that he said has stuck in my mind.. and that was that he could not describe the pain, after years of listening to others trying to describe it he could only now understand the problem facing people with fibro.

I am lucky in a way. One of docs has wife with it. One has a sister and a brother with it. And one has a mother with it. So 3of 5 docs I see has family with it. I really wish in a way they couldn't relate I guess that's why they have their nurses really watch me. They know I will not say much when it comes to my pain. I know my neurologist has a way of finding the most painful part of my body, touches it then says humm guess that's where it hurts the worse. 😁

My doctor I see now seems to Be more interested than others but I wish I had more support .. Big hugs xx

Very good I'm liking this-thnkq for the chuckle.

I'm also lucky (atm) have a very understanding pain Dr, neurologist who continually makes me laugh and dermatologist who clearly thinks I'm his 'mate' as he was offloading at the end of our last appt. Strange bunch but at least I have continuity (again, atm).

Good luck with the specialists you see. TC pea :)
