So sorry it's getting on top of you at the moment I certainly still get days like that and then another note from school arrives! I think it's important that we remember healthy people struggle with all this so we are doubly challenged with it. Congratulate yourself just for making it through the day!

I actually asked the school for help with my son who had some one on one sessions and a teachers assistant to sit with him from when he was about seven. I didn't want to but so glad I did. He is now thirteen, getting 80% in his exams and chooses his GCSEs soon. He still is cheeky but knows how to stop, it helped us asa a family a lot. With finances prioritise them with rent and council tax being at the top, the CAB may help or local charity group DONT use money lenders or companies that want to consolidate your debts. I would go to gov.com and make sure your getting everything your entitled too apparently 16 Billion goes unclaimed each year!!!

Get out in the garden for a coffee and some vitamin D!

Sorry to hear you are feeling low. I agree with Harleyhare. Getting some fresh air and vitamin d will do you a lot of good. Take a deep breath and give yourself a nice break, doing something you enjoy. Keep smiling xx

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling in this way, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. I was wondering if you have discussed how you are getting on with your GP? As it is possible for you to have an ''Occupational Therapy Assessment'' which could review not just your physical problems but your financial ones also. As your local authority who undertake these occupational therapy assessments also have benefit advisers who can ascertain if you are entitled to any extra money? This could be PIP or ESA etc.

It could be something that is worth thinking about? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
