Good morning all,, hope everyone is ok!!!

for those of a nervous disposition, don't look at the picture!!😆😆😆

Had another horrible night after third day of flare up!!

think this was brought on by a wrestling match with a customer in the bar at work, trying to stop him killing another customer!! Went fairly well considering,, just a little bruised and battered,! Or so I thought😢😢

Had enough this morning, luckily my package of kt tape arrived, so from some great advice from you guy's I'm giving it a go!!

Had the tape on 30 minutes now and it feels like the relief of max dose codeine without the meds or the side effects😆😆😆

What relief,, cheers guy's!! Hope the pic is not to scary!!

Yes I rather go for the colour combination. I will be looking KT tape up anything is better than trying more meds. Hope it keeps on working for you. Just a word to the wise leave the wrestling to some other chap it is just not compatible with fibro.x
