I am so sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling so much, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. If you have nowhere else to get medical treatment today then I would. It is not the ideal place to go but when you have no choice there is nothing else that you can do.
I do not know if you are in the UK, but there are walk-in centre's, if not please seek treatment where you can. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
