Hello FibroAction Members,

Please passge written by Miss Claire Aston explaining the study,

I am currently undertaking a research project which has been approved by the Ethics Committee at Liverpool John Moores University. The project involves an online survey to be completed by chronic pain sufferers.

Previous research suggests that Time Perspective is a factor which has implications for the management of chronic conditions. Time Perspective relates to whether we focus on the past, present or future and whether we focus on this in a positive or negative way. This study aims to explore Time Perspective in individuals diagnosed with a chronic pain condition and how this is associated with factors affecting management of chronic pain conditions.

If you are able to spare the time to participate in this study it would be greatly appreciated. The survey can be accessed via the following link:

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
