Lancaster University - Self-Compassion and Chronic Pain: A Research Project

Hello All,

I would like to post the following information in case anyone would like to be involved in this study, please read below;

* Do you have experience of living with chronic pain?

* Are you aged 18 or over?

* Would you be willing to give up a little of your time to complete a questionnaire?

If so, please read on:

I would like to invite you to take part in a piece of research which is looking at the psychological factors involved in chronic pain, with a focus on a person’s ability to be compassionate to themselves in times of difficulty.

Taking part will involve completing a questionnaire –this can be done online or you can request a paper copy to be posted to you. This should take no more than 40 minutes of your time.
