O well meds taken creams on 1. 33 still carnt sleep . pounding head ,burning feet and legs, paining allover just can not get comfy, dont no what to do

Hi there, it's the night shift, I'm so sorry you too are hurting and unable to sleep, a pattern I know all too well. I'm just about to put up a couple of posts and then turn off the technology in the hope that sleep may come and take me into its arms.

hi there Fibro10.hope you managed to get some sleep.can fully associate with you and everyone else on the "proverbial night shift".i do this all the time-think i'll just check my emails and see if theres any worth looking at.go on facebook and then maybe read any new posts on HU,turning on the computer before bed and its probably the worst thing to do before sleep as no matter how tired I was that I couldn't function- after going on computer my brain switches back on and pounding head prevents sleep (as well as persistent pain).my dog wakes me most mornings and I just wish I could turn over and go back to sleep but they need feeding and walking no matter how tired and in pain I am.

on a good note today has dawned bright and sunny and hopefully i will be able to sit outside with the dogs thinking and looking at all the jobs that need doing but unable to do them.

hope it is sunny where you all are and that you can enjoy some sunshine.got to take the dogs out even though its going to be tough.

O yes i understand its not a good idear to go on tablet but sometimes its the only compony you have , as for weather started sunny now clowded over as for jobs need doing i got myself in a right state last week daughter kept telling me to carm down and she could not understand it was Me i was angree at for not being able to do the jobs i have allways done myself .on monday rang my other daughter and IT'S NOT VERY OFTEN YOU HERE ME SAY THIS BUT I NEED A MAN FOR 5 MINS , she laught said whats up i just needed some garden ornament moveing and hubby was out Good enough her partner came round to help and went mad that i didnt ring earlyer but i just get so frushstated with my self when cart do it and he even stayed and finished painting the decking bless him what would have took me two days took two hours but now it looks great i understand what you mean so have a lovely day and hope the sun keeps shineing foe you xxxx

also part of the night shift, got my living room polished and now spick and span, did it at 2am, would love to sleep normally, night time can be a lonely place, heres wishing all you non sleepers a better night tonight x
