I am so sorry to hear you are in such pain, I am assuming that your pain meds are not working too well. Is the numbness combg from your back into your legs? If this is a new symptom it may be advisable to see your GP. I hope you can get some relief soon 
I am so very sorry to read that you are struggling to walk, and I genuinely want to wish you all the best of luck. It may help to discuss your medication with your GP to see if there is anything they can give you that will help?
