kidney results.?

Hi , could anyone explain these results for me please. my serum creatinine 86umol/L normal range is 45/85 umol/L my GFR is 59..normal range 90umol/L beside the resut has a stage 3a which also says moderate impairment of GFR . ? have no clue . thanks to anyone who can tell me what this means .

Understanding normal range is the first part, using an analogy I heard recently shoe size 5 to13 would be considered normal range for adults in the UK but if you had my size 11 and I your size 5 as a for instance both shoes would be in range, whilst not fitting the people involved. The reason a doctor is needed for interpreting the results is making sure the results are the right size for you taking into account all known factors in your case.

I have no idea....surely the person who gave you these results should have explained them to you. I would go back to them, if I was you, and ask for clarification

Thanks for you reply's .i got the answer's form the doc . he called for me so every thing is being done now to get sorted. more tests then we will see .? thanks again x
