Hi I am 48 and live in N Ireland. I have had Fibromyalgia for the past 8 years and Arthritis and numerous other ailments! I am trying to get fit and healthy with little success. I work 20 hours a week and have three daughters. I feel blessed that i can keep going and have a habit of over doing it when my energy levels are good. Looking forward to communicating and sharing. x

Hi Jeanbean,

I live in NI too, and like you work part time and have a tendency to overdo things. A bad habit to get out of :) I have two daughters.

You will find that the chatroom and pic of the day posts are were you will get a conversation going most if not every day :)

Hope to see you around, pop over and have a nosey :)

Thanks for you well wishes and i will use the encouragement in a positive way to help me on my way. My Dr does not have time for me and just wants to give me more tablets so sharing with others and learning from each other is in my opinion the best thing i can do. Hugs to all. Jean x

I think we all have a problem with over doing it when we feel better, but its just so good to feel normal and to get on with every day things isn't it!
