afternoon millypeede,
I am exactly the same, as soon as it gets over 18 degrees indoors or out I start to melt. luckily today is my day off so ive walked my dogs early morning when its cooler and done chores at my leisure indoors all day.
please drink plenty and rest when you can.
cool hugs I send you x
I am so sorry to read that you have such problems with the heat and I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Sending you hugs. I'm the reverse the hotter it is the better I feel.
It's funny how we're all so different. I love the sun and the heat is sooooo soothing for my aches and pains. I really feel the cold these days - for the last few months I've been cold all the time, except when I have a hot flush!
