Sorry to hear of your fall, have you been checked over at all? It must have been a real shock to the system and could account for feeling so low in mood on top of everything. I would suggest you see your GP if you haven't already done so. Also keep looking in here, we are a very supportive bunch you need never feel alone. xx

Sorry to hear your feeling down having this kind of pain isn't easy I know take all the painkillers you should be taking as they do work eventualy I got my self a heat pad used it in all areas of pain

I even meditated to try and shift my thoughts you realise that you need all sorts of aids and courage even getting up is a huge effort but you will get there

sending you great big healing hugs for a special person

So sorry to hear you are so shaken up. Sometimes with a bad fall our bodies go into a state of shock and it is only a few days later that you start to get the reaction from the fall. Be gentle with yourself, rest as much as you can. If you can get in the bath have a good soak, will help the pain and bring the bruises out, better out than in as they say.

If you don't pick up soon I would make a appt to see your GP. Hope that you can get a good nights rest and feel better in the moring. Soft hugs coming your way.xxx

Many of us on the Hypothyroid Forum have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and were magically cured, once we got our thyroid meds to a higher dose. Please Google Dr. John Lowe and his treatment for Fibromyalgia. He "cured" his patients with Thyroid Hormone and a protocol of exercise etc.. He had great success, wrote a book and was basically ignored. He found that many of his patients were Thyroid Hormone Resistant and basically had normal thyroid function tests, but got their lives back with mostly t3 thyroid hormone..worth looking into. Please excuse my misspellings, errors!

Fibromyalgia is caused by low metabolic rate, like hypothyroidism. I would not except it as a disease in and of itself. Dr. John Lowe "cured" his Fibromyalgia patients with thyroid meds and his protocol.
