Hi Claire, the forms will probably arrive in the next week or so. I can't remember how long mine took to arrive but I remember thinking it was an awful long time. If your claim is successful it will be backdated to the day you phoned them to start your claim. You also get about 3 weeks to complete them. I would ask your local citizens advice or disability/welfare rights place, if you have one nearby, to help you complete the form. Good Luck, Linda.
As Lruk says they will probably arrive in a week or so, ass they are very slow at doing this.
