Gamma GT levels can be changed by some of the medications used in treating Fibromyalgia referring your concerns back for a gp's further tests is safest in my none qualified opinion
Having fibromyalgia diagnosis and now skin disorder it may be an idea to get referred to a Rheumy or Dermatologist (there may be an overlap condition like Lupus). Speak to your gp.
